These past couple months I’ve been working with Mary to hash through all the paperwork to get our 501(c)3 status. Today was a milestone day -I received the certificate of formation from the state of Texas. What has been a concept….a dream…an idea is now a It’s official! Hupomeno now exists in the eyes of the state of Texas as a non-profit corporation!
