My friends over at World Orphans have been taking the video footage that we shot while in Haiti & turning them into short little video blogs to help illustrate what we are trying to accomplish. World Orphans, along with the organization I work for (Hope for Orphans) & a handful of other ministries were founding members of the Haiti Orphan Relief Team. This particular video blog was taken at one of the orphanages we visited. The boys with me are all double orphans – mom & dad are both dead. The day before this was filmed I had the opportunity to address 100 or so pastors – knowing I had limited time I chose to focus on the fact that the gospel is the foundation of our orphan care initiatives - so that was still fresh on my mind when this footage was taken.
As a side note – I spent about forty five minutes trying to get the little guy in my lap to smile – I failed.

Sorry to say this was my first viewing of your amazing video (while I am in Israel no less!). I was moved to tears. Thanks for the reminder of what the Church is (I am) supposed to be. Keep at it, beloved son! Well done.
